Aligned to our client`s needs

Typically, we design and run the LEADERSHIP GROWTH CAMPS of our client’s Top 100 in cohorts of 15-20 managers. Aligned to the client`s key challenge, we work either with cross-functional cohorts or team cohorts, focussing on two major goals:

  • “Strengthening and aligning the Top 100 Management Team” to jointly reflect and adapt behaviours according strategy and to collaborate more effectively
  • “Developing the individual’s leadership capabilities” to enhance in-depth self-reflection and personal growth and to connect on a deeper personal level for trustful relationships.

We differentiate 3 phases:

Phase I: Preparing individually

… with an existing inhouse or a new customized 360° feedback and pre-reading assignments.

Phase II: Reflecting and collaborating jointly

… in a 3-day offsite with a diversified, experiental learning environment.

Phase III: Anchoring new behaviours in peer work

… on the basis of jointly defined individual Personal Development Trajectories.

We have implemented Leadership Camps either in 1 wave or – with a follow-up – in 2 waves.
